Trading is a journey that requires patience, persistence, and continuous improvement. It's not just about making money, but also about developing your skills and becoming a better trader every day. This week, I took profits on multiple accounts and completed the third phase of the free Titan Challenge in just three weeks.
One thing I've learned in my trading journey is that your performance will show when you stop doing it just for the money. Instead, I embrace every opportunity to trade and develop my skillset. I use free challenges and competition accounts to test my strategy modifications and gain more experience.
Right now, I'm working on recovering my FTMO 200k account, one percent at a time. When this account hits breakeven, the MFF Phase 2 will be almost funded via a trade copier. It's a process that requires focus and discipline, but it's also rewarding when you see progress.
My current focus is on bridging the gap between my evaluation and live performance. I'm constantly working on adapting my strategy to swing from earlier points in new short-term trends, looking for early transitions in market structure, and watching for Fibonacci take profit levels being hit and the Monday-Tuesday Initial balance prints. The USD/CAD chart below is a perfect example of trying to get a little bit more of the move each time, rather than chasing perfection.
I believe that by staying disciplined, focused, and continuously improving my skills, I will achieve my goals as a trader. Trading is not just about making money, but also about becoming a better version of yourself. Keep pushing, stay disciplined, and always be willing to learn and adapt.
